Data Protection Policy
last updated: May 2018
Thank you for your interest in our website. The protection of your privacy is very important to us. Below, you will find detailed information on how we handle your data with regard to the topics of the newsletter, website analysis and integration of third-party services.
Contact form
If you contact us using the online form or by Email, we shall store the information stated by you for a period of six months in order to process the request and in the event of any follow-up questions. We shall not forward this data without your consent.
Newsletter
You can subscribe to our newsletter on our website. For this purpose, we need a valid Email address and a declaration from you that you agree to receive the newsletter.
In order to provide you with specific information, we also collect and process information provided voluntarily by you on products, address and postcode.
This data shall be processed solely for the registration, management and dispatch of the newsletter and shall not be disclosed to third parties outside the BULMOR Group.
When you register for the newsletter, we will store your IP address and the date of registration. We store this data solely as evidence in the event that a third party misuses an Email address and subscribes to the newsletter without the knowledge of the authorised party.
Personal data relating to the receipt of the newsletter shall only be processed with your prior consent. You may withdraw this consent to the processing of your personal data at any time by contacting us using the above contact details.
You can cancel your subscription to the newsletter at any time. Please send your notice of cancellation to the following Email address: info(at)bulmor.com. We shall then immediately delete your data relating to the newsletter subscription.
Google AdWords We use the online advertising programme “Google AdWords” and, within this context, the conversion tracking function. Google Conversion Tracking is an analysis service provided by Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; (“Google”). If you click on a Google ad, a cookie enabling conversion tracking is saved on your computer. These cookies lose their validity after 30 days, do not contain any personal data and can, as such, not be used to identify you.
If you visit certain pages of our website and the cookie has not yet expired, Google and we can both see that you clicked on the ad and were redirected to this page. Each Google AdWords customer is given a different cookie. This renders it impossible for cookies to be tracked via the website of AdWords customers.
The information collected with the help of the conversion cookie is used to prepare conversion statistics for AdWords customers, who have opted for conversion tracking. This informs the customers of the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were forwarded to a page containing a conversion tracking tag. However, they do not receive any information that would enable them to personally identify users.
If you do not want the tracking function to be used, you can prevent the installation of the cookies by adjusting your browser settings accordingly (disable option). You will then not be included in the conversion tracking statistics. More detailed information and Google’s Data Privacy Policy are available at:
Cookies
Cookies are small files that enable specific device-related information to be stored on the user’s access device (PC, smartphone, or similar). On the one hand, their purpose is to make websites more user-friendly, which is of benefit to the users (e.g. saving login data). On the other hand, they are used to record statistical data on the use of the website and to enable said data to be analysed for the purpose of optimising the website. Users can influence the use of cookies. Most browsers have an option that limits or completely prevents the storage of cookies. However, please note that use of the website, and user comfort, in particular, is limited without cookies.
You can manage many online ad cookies set by companies on the US website http://www.aboutads.info/choices/ or the EU website http://www.youronlinechoices.com/uk/your-ad-choices/ .
BULMOR uses the data collected on the website for the following reasons:
· so that we can offer you the required information and services with the very best quality
· so that we can offer you a personalised experience on our website
· so that we can provide you with information and notifications concerning our website
· so that we have a better understanding of your needs and interests, thus enabling us to optimise our website and our range of products and services
Integration of services and third-party content
It is not out of the question for third-party content, such as YouTube videos, cartographic material from Google Maps, RSS feeds or graphics from other websites, to be integrated into our website. This would require the providers of such content (hereinafter referred to as “third-party providers”) to recognise the IP addresses of the users, because, without the IP address, they would not be able to send the content to the respective user’s browser. The IP address is therefore necessary to enable the display of this content. In this respect, we only use content whose provider uses the IP address solely to provide said content.
However, we have no influence in the event that the third-party providers store the IP address, for example, for statistical purposes. If and when we become aware of such action, we shall inform the users accordingly and we shall reconsider integrating the content in question.
You can find detailed information on all Google services in Google’s Data Privacy Policy.
Your rights You have the basic right to free information, correction, deletion, limitation, data portability, cancellation and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data is in breach of data protection law or that your rights under the data protection law have been violated in any other manner, you may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. In Austria, this is the Data Protection Authority.

The author cannot guarantee that the information provided is up-to-date, accurate, complete or of good quality. Liability claims against the author for damages of a material or non-material nature, which were caused by the use or non-use of the information provided, or by the use of incorrect or incomplete information, shall be categorically excluded unless there is evidence of willful or gross negligence on the part of the author. All offers are subject to change and non-binding. The author shall reserve the express right to alter, supplement or delete the content, either in whole or in part, without separate notice, or to temporarily or permanently suspend publication.
References and links
Any liability for direct or indirect references to third-party websites (“links”) for which the author is not responsible would be assumed solely in those cases where the author had prior knowledge of the content and where it would have been technically feasible and reasonable for the author to prevent the use of illegal content. The author therefore expressly declares that the linked pages were free of illegal content at the time the link was created. The author has no influence whatsoever on the current and future layout or on the contents of the linked pages. The author therefore expressly disassociates himself/herself from all content on all linked websites that was changed after the links were created. This statement shall apply for all links and references on the author’s own website as well as for links and references entered by third parties in guest books, discussion forums and mailing lists set up by the author. The provider of the website to which the referral was made, and not the person who merely provides links to the relevant published material, shall be liable for any illegal, incorrect or incomplete content and, in particular, for any damage resulting from the use or non-use of information provided in this manner.
Copyright and trademark law
In all publications, the author shall endeavour to observe the copyright to all graphics, audio documents, video sequences and texts used by him/her; to use, wherever possible, his/her own graphics, audio documents, video sequences and texts; or to resort to graphics, audio documents, video sequences and texts that are in the public domain. All trademarks and brands mentioned on the website, including those protected by third parties, shall be subject without limitation to the provisions of the currently valid trademark law and the ownership rights of the respective registered owner. The mere mention of a name does not imply that a trademark is not protected by third-party rights! The copyright for published material created by the author shall remain the property of the author of the site. Any reproduction or use of such graphics, audio documents, video sequences and texts in other electronic or printed publications shall not be permitted without the express consent of the author.
Legal validity of this disclaimer This disclaimer shall be considered part of the website from which a link was made to this page. Should parts or individual phrasing of this text not, no longer or not fully comply with the prevailing law, this shall not affect the remaining parts of the document in terms of content and validity.
